Terms and Conditions for the Mid-Term Rental (MTR) Summit

Welcome to the MTR Summit! By purchasing a ticket to attend the MTR Summit and using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully as they contain important information regarding your rights and obligations.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website https://midtermrentalsummit.com/ or purchasing a ticket to the MTR Summit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Ticket Purchase
All ticket purchases are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded. However, we allow for tickets to be transferred to another individual if a written request for transfer is submitted to us within a reasonable time frame prior to the Summit.

To request a ticket transfer, please email us at info@midtermrentalsummit.com with the original ticket holder’s information and the name and contact information of the new ticket holder. The MTR Summit reserves the right to approve or deny transfer requests at its sole discretion.

3. Ticket Holder Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the MTR Summit. We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the Summit who exhibits inappropriate, disruptive, or illegal behavior. No refunds will be issued in cases of removal due to violation of conduct policies.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations
The MTR Summit reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to changes in the event schedule, speakers, venue, or format. In the unlikely event of a complete cancellation, ticket holders will be notified promptly and will receive further information on any applicable next steps.

5. Assumption of Risk
By attending the MTR Summit, you voluntarily assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, or damage that may result from participation in the event, including any risks related to COVID-19.

6. Limitation of Liability
The MTR Summit, its organizers, partners, and affiliates will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your participation in the event or use of the website, including but not limited to loss of personal items or injury.

7. Intellectual Property
All content presented at the MTR Summit, including but not limited to presentations, recordings, handouts, and logos, is the property of the MTR Summit or its respective owners and is protected by copyright law. Attendees may not record, reproduce, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Photography and Media
By attending the MTR Summit, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in photos, videos, or other media produced by the Summit for marketing or promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event staff in advance.
