Terms and Conditions for MTR Summit 2025 On-Demand Experience

By purchasing access to the MTR Summit 2025 Recordings (“Recordings”), you (“Purchaser”) agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by MTR Summit LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”).

1. Ownership & License
All content provided in the Recordings—including video, audio, presentations, speaker slides, and any supplementary materials—is the intellectual property of MTR Summit LLC and/or its individual speakers.

When you purchase the Recordings, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for personal use only.

You may not:

Share, distribute, or resell any part of the content

Upload recordings to any public or private shared platform

Repurpose, reproduce, or publish content without written permission

Violations may result in legal action and immediate loss of access.

2. Access Duration
Your purchase includes access to the full MTR Summit 2025 speaker session recordings for six (6) months from the date of delivery.

After this period, access will automatically expire unless otherwise extended by the Company in writing.

3. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because this is a digital, on-demand product, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or partial credits—no exceptions.

Please ensure you understand the nature of this product before purchasing.

4. Disclaimer
The information shared in these recordings reflects the views and experiences of the individual speakers. MTR Summit LLC does not guarantee any particular outcome, income, or result from the use of this content.

5. User Responsibilities
By purchasing, you agree to:

Keep your login and access credentials confidential
